Instructions
Purpose
The application is a simple translator. It has dialogue and dictionary mode. Auto playback and bluetooth features allow use it as a prompter for foreign phrases or trainer.
Installation
Go to app page in the App Store and install it.
Software Requirements
The app works on iOS devices 15.5+. Internet is not required.
The App uses Apple speech recognition to enter text by voice.
The App use Google mlkit for translation. The correspondent models must be downloaded. Translation works offline.
How it works
On the translation settings page, the user selects his language and the language of the other person. Language models are then automatically downloaded for the selected languages. Once the models are downloaded, you can proceed to the dialogue window. At the bottom of the dialogue window, there are two buttons: the left one with an "Ear" icon and the right one with a "Microphone" icon. Pressing the left button enables speech recognition of the other person and automatically translates into the user's language. Pressing the right button enables user's speech recognition with automatic translation into the other person language.
Premium Mode
Premium Mode unlocks the Keep Alive premium feature.
